My Favourite Peak Performance and Business Tools/Apps

Digital Minimalism & Focus Apps:

ScreenTime - Measures how much time I spend on my phone (and on what specific apps) and allows me to set a time-limit on the most distracting apps.

RescueTime - Measures how much time I spend on which websites on my desktop - and allows me to block them or set a time-limit.

Forest - An app that stops me from using my phone for as long as I've decided. After the time-limit has been reached, a digital tree has grown in your digtal forest.

Note Taking & Organizing Apps:

Notion - Notion is my latest discovery and I absolutely love it. It's like Evernote and Google Drive combined. On steroids. Check it out!

Evernote - The note-taking app I used for years, until I discovered Notion.

ToDoIst - The app I use daily for my to-do list (using the ABCDE Method).

Google Calendar - Scheduling is a must for peak productivity. This is the app I use for it.

Self-Improvement Apps:

Blinkist - Helps me get the most important lessons out of top business & self-development books in under 15 minutes.

Audible - The #1 app for listening to audiobooks wherever you are (which I find to be one of the most productive hacks for self-improvement).

SkillShare - An awesome platform to learn more high-value skills (coding, design, communications, productivity). They offer some of the highest-quality mini-courses on the internet.

Business Apps & Tools:

Zapier - Automation tool for online businesses. Saves me hours of mind-numbing work every week.

Leadpages - Tool to easily create salespages and other landing pages. Helps me generate 80% of business revenue.

Canva - The easiest way to make great looking designs for social media, websites, etc. Even for someone with zero design skills like me.

Fiverr - I use Fiverr to outsource certain coding, editing, and design tasks to freelancers for cheap.

Grammarly - As a writer, Grammarly is a must-use tool. Grammarly automatically corrects mistakes and provides suggestions for better writing. Instead of worrying too much about grammar, I can focus my thoughts on the actual content and ideas.
